Competent employees lead to sustainable success \u2013 this is our goal and the principle behind our ongoing investment in training and development.<\/p>\n

We don’t shy away from the costs or efforts involved in providing our employees with both initial and further training. The training provision of our in-house academy ranges from language and IT courses, safety and subject-specific training courses, right through to management seminars.<\/p>\n

In an annual meeting to agree goals, our employees also have the opportunity to talk about their professional development and to plan their next steps, together with their line managers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
