Training & development

Competent employees lead to sustainable success – this is our goal and the principle behind our ongoing investment in training and development.

We don’t shy away from the costs or efforts involved in providing our employees with both initial and further training. The training provision of our in-house academy ranges from language and IT courses, safety and subject-specific training courses, right through to management seminars.

In an annual meeting to agree goals, our employees also have the opportunity to talk about their professional development and to plan their next steps, together with their line managers.
